The example was that a French company in France pays Tax A, but if the French company has factories or offices in Ireland it pays Tax B, which is Ireland's taxes. But with the US, a company pays Tax A and Tax B or something of the sort.<br /><br />Basically, a company cannot escape US corporate tax and these "havens" are the only places they can retain their profits without fear Uncle Sam will pick a few pennies.Jordanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10701922461580640235noreply@blogger.com
